The Freeze Room – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Freeze Room. By booking an appointment, accessing our services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

The Freeze Room provides localised cryotherapy treatments, including but not limited to:

Fat freezing
Skin tightening
Cellulite reduction
Muscle recovery
Pain management

All services are administered by a trained professional in a private, at-home clinic setting. Services are by appointment only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a treatment. If you have any pre-existing health conditions, you are required to disclose them prior to treatment and consult your medical provider to confirm suitability for cryotherapy.

3. Health and Safety

Your health and safety are our top priority. Clients must complete a consultation and waiver form before receiving any treatment. By proceeding, you confirm that:

You have no medical contraindications to cryotherapy.
You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
You will follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided.

The Freeze Room reserves the right to decline service if there are health concerns or contraindications.

4. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Appointments must be booked in advance. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

No-shows may result in the forfeiture of your session fee and may impact your ability to book future appointments.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or service. We accept cash and bank transfer.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in AUD.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed treatments. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions, The Freeze Room is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our services unless caused by proven negligence.

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Freeze Room and its staff from any claims or liabilities arising out of your treatment.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your health and contact details will be kept confidential and only used for service-related communication.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, please check back to this page for updates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of QLD, Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
